PART A: General Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the SYMPHONIESX website at www.symphoniesx.co.uk (the "Website") and to any products you purchase from SYMPHONIESX. PART C: Payments and Transactions

You can only commence training once full payment has been received. Payments can  be made securely through bank transfers or Visa and Mastercard

 

PART D: Deposits , Refunds and Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable and in the event of a cancellation there will be no refunds once training has commenced.

 

PART E : Indemnification

You indemnify and hold harmless Symphoniesx, as well as those of its respective officers, employees, and delegates who service and perform duties under this agreement, from any claims, loss or liability including without limitation, those for personal injury (death) or damage to property, arising out of or connected with any aspect of the performance by that party or its officers, agents or employers, of the services or obligations required of that party under this agreement.

 

PART E: Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement in the event that you

  1. Fail to make payments when required
  2. Act in an uncivil, aggressive, threatening or harassing manner towards any of Symphoniesx associates inclusive of (Employees, Students/Delegates, Customers)

Privacy Policy

In line with the provisions of GDPR, your data  e.g. Name, address and contact details entered on this site (or any SymphoniesX platforms) are not shared with any third party except for the purpose of delivering your ordered products in which case it will be shared with our employees concerned with providing you the service. 


Your data may also be available in our shared candidate forum e,g, discussion groups, Whatsapp groups or similar forum for prospective, current or alumni candidates.


Your data may also be used to inform you of new products and services as they become available on our website.


You can withdraw consent to be notified of new products and services by sending a mail to this effect to info@Symphoniesx.co.uk
